1:00PM-2:00PM: Floral Class

Create a seasonal floral arrangement with Leaf Home and Blooms and take time for journaling and personal reflection on the serene 1840 Manor House grounds

 

2:15PM-3:00PM: Forest Bija Mantras

In the stillness of the forest, we gather to chant sacred Bija mantras—seed sounds that awaken the body’s energy and attune us to the subtle vibration of the universe. As the sound resonates through the trees, receive gentle Reiki energy offered with care and intention by Kim and Brittany.

3:15PM-4:15PM: Gentle Yoga led by Brittany

 

4:15PM-5:00PM: Sound Bath led by Auburn

A healing sound bath with sound expert Auburn Juliano-Hercheck. Relax to the soothing sound vibrations from crystal bowls and chimes. This experience calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and invites deep relaxation.

 

5:00 PM-5:30 PM: Sacred Tea Ceremony 

We'll close with a mindful tea ceremony featuring locally sourced,  healing tea,  infused with positive affirmations. With each sip, receive the herbs healing energy and the quiet power of presence - a moment to ground, reflect, and honor our shared journey and heartful intention.

Brittany is a certified yoga instructor specializing in prenatal and Yin Yoga, a passionate mental health advocate, published author, Reiki and spiritual healer, intuitive guide, and a compassionate leader dedicated to empowering her community. Her path has been shaped by profound transformation and resilience, especially following the heartbreaking loss of her firstborn son, Austin. This pivotal moment ignited a deep spiritual awakening, guiding her toward a wide range of healing practices.

Through her intuitive connection with spirit, Brittany offers heartfelt guidance to those navigating their own struggles. Her approach is grounded in empathy, spiritual insight, and a genuine desire to help others heal and grow. She believes that while life’s challenges are real, healing is possible—and together, we can rise, evolve, and become the fullest expression of ourselves.

E-RYT 500, YACEP Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Guide & Woman Circle Facilitator

Kim is a devoted and intuitive yoga teacher with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. An E-RYT 500 and YACEP-certified instructor, Reiki Master Te, and Yin Yoga-trained, she offers a wide range of practices including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation. Each class is a sacred space for intentional movement, mindfulness, and soulful transformation. Rooted in her practice since 2010, Kim’s work extends beyond the mat. She curates one-of-a kind workshops, women’s circles, and private events that weave together movement, breath, meditation, and yogic wisdom, inviting participants into deep self-discovery, healing, and spiritual connection. With a heart anchored in ancient tradition, Kim honors the unique path of every B-O-D-Y she meets. Her inclusive and compassionate approach helps students slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the divine light within. She creates space for people to feel seen, supported, and spiritually awakened through mantra, energy work and presence.

At the heart of Leaf Home and Blooms is owner Matthew Caleb, a lifelong plant enthusiast with a deep love for trees and all things botanical. Matthew leads our floral design class, guiding guests through a creative and calming journey with his expert touch and eye for beauty.

Auburn Juliano-Hercheck

Auburn is instrinictly driven by her spiritual path of yoga, sound, meditation, and reiki. She is deeply passionate about supporting her community with practices, tools, and techniques to help others improve their wellbeing on all levels. Auburn leads various certifications and trainings for sound therapy, tuning forks, 200 hour YTT, 500 hour YTT, and other specialized yoga workshops. She is known for her otherworldly sound baths, which allows participants to deeply relax, rejuvenate, and connect with the mystical aspects of life. 
 

Research on sound therapy continues to broaden and validate the benefits known by the ancient yogic lineages. Bridging the gap of spirituality and science, these studies demonstrate profound benefits relating to stress reduction, mood enhancement, improved sleep, brainwave alteration, pain management, and countless physiological improvements. Auburn's sound baths have been described as both transformational and heavenly.

Michelle Dempsey

Michelle is a wellness practitioner, author, and lifelong student of personal growth who is passionate about helping others live with greater peace, purpose, and balance. With a background in health, fitness, and life coaching, Michelle blends practical strategies with heart- centered wisdom to support meaningful transformation. She is the owner of Oasis Massage and Wellness LLC on Pensacola Beach, Florida, where her 18 years of study and service have combined to create an experience that is both deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing. Her work emphasizes the importance of regular self-care, mindful living, and honoring the body’s natural ability to heal and restore. Michelle has spent decades exploring philosophy, spirituality, and personal development. Through her studies and experiences, she has gathered insights and timeless truths that encourage people from all walks of life to grow, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

 

She is the author of Your Time, a daily inspirational guide offering 366 reflections designed to
bring peace, positivity, and purpose into everyday life. Her writing invites readers to slow down, tune inward, and embrace the present moment as an opportunity for growth and gratitude. Michelle’s optimistic outlook and grateful spirit infuse her work with warmth and encouragement. Her hope is to inspire others to nurture themselves, live intentionally, and step fully into the life 
they are meant to live.

Katie has been sewing and creating since she was young, and started her small business, SewKatieCo in 2019. She started her business making her UPcycled wool sweater mittens and added some of her favorite things, eye pillows, neck wraps and more. 

 

Katie lives in Copley with her husband Adam, 3 teenage kids and two small dogs. She also enjoys yoga, reading, and vacationing in Maine.
