Brittany Cogdeill

RYT 200, CPYT

Wellness advocate, published author, certified yoga instructor, and community leader—my journey is one of transformation and resilience. After the heartbreaking loss of my firstborn son, Austin, I delved into various healing modalities. Now, I channel my experiences to uplift and support others. Life’s challenges are real, but together, we can heal, grow, and become our best selves.

Passion for wellness, self-improvement and community led me to turn my personal yoga practice into teaching. I typically teach power vinyasa. The meditative experience of flowing through a sequence that challenges physical strength and stillness of the mind, keeps me coming back to my mat. I personally have found growth and healing through practicing, and it’s my goal to hold space for others to do the same.

What started as clay expression for my pandemic-induced mental health crisis turned into a passion for ceramics. During those years, clay became my meditation. After losing my father in 2023, I poured my emotions into creating an urn for his ashes, which healed my soul and helped me pursue my passions. I love making art with others and the strong connections that form during the creative process.

I’m a yoga teacher and holistic healer who embarked on a wellness journey while seeking natural ways to manage anxiety and depression. Along the way, I fell deeply in love with the world of healing. Today, I’m passionate about sound therapy, meditation, gentle movement, reiki, crystal healing, and herbalism. I also run a natural beauty business that’s dedicated to clean, simple ingredients. Community connection is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m always seeking meaningful collaborations and opportunities to grow together.

What To Bring
A Journey of Friendship and Healing

In 2013, Ashley and Brittany met at work, where casual conversations quickly deepened into a strong friendship. Over the years, they both navigated personal challenges that tested their resilience. In those moments of struggle, they turned to yoga, discovering a sanctuary on their mats.

Brittany achieved her 200-hour yoga and 85-hour prenatal yoga certifications in 2020, and Ashley embarked on her own journey, completing her 200-hour yoga certification in 2024. With each sun salutation and deep breath, they not only discovered strength but also a shared mission: to help others find peace and healing.

One memorable girls’ night, filled with laughter and dreams, they envisioned the Frost & Flow Wellness Retreat—an immersive space for relaxation and rejuvenation, inspired by the serene beauty of winter and the fluidity of yoga. As they laid the foundation for their retreat, they connected with experts—meditation guides, artists, mental health professionals, and fellow yoga teachers. Together, they have crafted a holistic experience, blending various healing modalities. Every detail reflects their journeys and is infused with love and intention, aimed at helping others relax, heal and reconnect.

Registration Closes January 5th, 2025.
