Frost & Flow Wellness Retreat

 A day filled with relaxation, restoration, and community engagement at the Lodge at Richfield Heritage Preserve. We  enjoyed â€‹â€‹guided meditation & journaling, insightful lectures, creative clay expression, a nourishing lunch, invigorating nature hike, a soothing tea tasting, rejuvenating yoga session and a relaxing sound bath.
