Frost & Flow
A One-Day Yoga Retreat for Rest, Connection & Creative Vitality.
Saturday - February 6, 2027
Winter has a quiet way of inviting us to slow down, turn inward, and find warmth from within while appreciating the stillness of the world outside.
Step away from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in the Frost & Flow Retreat, a gentle, sacred day designed to help you restore your spirit, awaken your creative vitality, and connect with community.
Our gathering takes place at The Lodge at Richfield Heritage Preserve, a 336-acre sanctuary of natural wonder nestled in Richfield, Ohio. Surrounded by quiet lakes, whispering streams, winter-dusted trails, and historic century-old buildings, it is the perfect backdrop to quiet the mind and listen to what your heart needs.
Together, we’ll embrace the serene magic of the season, moving through an energetic flow that honors both the quietude outside and the vibrant fire within.

Brittany Cogdeill
RYT 200, CPYT, Reiki Master Practicioner
Wellness advocate, Reiki practitioner, certified yoga instructor, and community leader, my journey is one of transformation and resilience. After the heartbreaking loss of my firstborn son, Austin, I delved into various healing modalities. Today, my life's passion is weaving together creative expression and sacred practices, creating a warm space where we can have fun, heal, and grow together in community. I truly believe that when we take time to nurture the best version of ourselves, we build the capacity to love and support those around us even more deeply. Life brings heavy challenges, but you don't have to carry them alone. Together, we can restore our spirit, embrace our creative joy, and build a supportive space where everyone can thrive.

Marcie James
Owner: Marcie James Pottery, 200-Hour YTT Trainee
What started as clay expression for my pandemic-induced mental health crisis turned into a passion for ceramics. During those years, clay became my meditation. After losing my father in 2023, I poured my emotions into creating an urn for his ashes, which healed my soul and helped me pursue my passions. I love making art with others and the strong connections that form during the creative process.

Auburn Juliano-Herchek
Sound Teacher & Practicioner
Auburn is instrinictly driven by her spiritual path of yoga, sound, meditation, and reiki. She is deeply passionate about supporting her community with practices, tools, and techniques to help others improve their wellbeing on all levels. Auburn leads various certifications and trainings for sound therapy, tuning forks, 200 hour YTT, 500 hour YTT, and other specialized yoga workshops. She is known for her otherworldly sound baths, which allows participants to deeply relax, rejuvenate, and connect with the mystical aspects of life.
Research on sound therapy continues to broaden and validate the benefits known by the ancient yogic lineages. Bridging the gap of spirituality and science, these studies demonstrate profound benefits relating to stress reduction, mood enhancement, improved sleep, brainwave alteration, pain management, and countless physiological improvements. Auburn's sound baths have been described as both transformational and heavenly.
