This experience is an invitation to celebrate being a mom and honor the healing, the challenges, and the deep joy that motherhood brings.
As mothers themselves, Erin and Brittany understand the depth of this journey. Through gentle movement, community connection, and deep relaxation, they will lovingly hold space and offer Reiki healing to support your body, heart, and nervous system. This is a space to feel, to express, to soften, and to rest. You will be held in everything that motherhood means to you and leave with a small, thoughtful gift as a reminder of how deeply valued and supported you truly are.
