Join Brittany Cogdeill for a unique gathering at Brittany’s home in West Akron as we cultivate a sacred experience by awakening the wisdom of your senses.

In this immersive workshop, you’ll tune into your senses of inner sight, touch, taste, smell, and sound and discover how they can offer guidance, insight, and connection. Sacred awareness lives all around you, waiting to be felt.

We’ll begin with taste, slowly exploring flavor profiles and noticing what truly delights you. Next, we’ll focus on sound as we color and craft a handmade wind chime. From there, we open to smell, embracing the grounding and empowering scents of nature. Through touch, you’ll experience a variety of textures, allowing sensation to bring you fully into the present moment.
