This Little Light of Mine
Remembering the Light Within
February 20, 2026 marks what would be my angel son Austin’s 7th birthday. Each year, I try to honor him by helping others or doing something meaningful in his memory.

In the 11 short days Austin was here on this earth, he touched more lives than I ever could have imagined and he continues to touch my life every single day. He is always with me. I feel his presence, and I see his signs everywhere.

Recently, while clearing out a closet, I came across a box filled with these beautiful postcards (pictured below). They were created when Austin passed away. At the time, I sent one to every person who reached out with care packages, kindness, and support during the hardest days of my life. Holding them again reminded me just how powerful small acts of love can be and how important it is to keep spreading light. It is by no mistake I found them this year. It was another way Austin was communicating with me as I struggled to figure out just what my act of service would be this year.

In Austin’s memory this year, I’d love to continue with this tradition with your help. I will be sending postcards out into the world as a simple reminder that love, kindness, and connection matter. If you’d like to participate, simply fill out the form below and a postcard will be mailed to the address provided. You may remain anonymous, or you can include a short message for me to write if you’d like.

Let’s continue to spread the light together one postcard at a time. 💙
